The new (as of Dec. 2017) BlackRidgeBANK Mobile Banking App (“mobile app”) is a convenient way to take a quick glance at your accounts and make transactions on the go via your mobile device. Mobile Banking will allow you to access most of the functions available through BlackRidgeBANK Online Banking, including the use of the same log in credentials (if you’re already enrolled in Online Banking).

The following functions are available in the mobile app:

  • View account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Receive account alerts
  • Send money to anyone with Popmoney
  • Deposit checks with Mobile Deposit
  • Pay bills* with Mobile Bill Pay
  • Locate a nearby BlackRidgeBANK location or ATM

We offer two easy ways to activate your new Mobile App:

  1. If you’re already enrolled in our BlackRidgeBANK Online Banking solution, you can simply sign in to the new Mobile App using your existing log in credentials (user ID and password) used for Online Banking. It’s really as easy as that!
  2. If you’re not yet enrolled in Online Banking, you can actually perform what is called “On-Device enrollment” using your mobile device once the new Mobile App is installed. Doing so will enroll you in the new app and in our Online Banking service, allowing you to use the same user ID and password.
    • Alternatively, you can enroll first in Online Banking, and then enroll in Mobile Banking, again, using the same user ID and password.
      • From Online Banking: Click on “Profile” in the top right hand side of the screen
      • Click on “Enroll” next to Mobile Banking and follow the prompts

*You do not need to be an Online Banking customer to download the mobile app, but you will need to enroll in the Bill Pay Service through Online Banking if you want to pay bills from your mobile app.

*BlackRidgeBANK does not charge fees to use or access Mobile Banking. Please contact your mobile device service provider about possible fees or charges they may assess.
