Once you have printed and completed the personal financial statement, we require that you deliver it to us in person, by U.S. mail, or by fax (701) 364-9066. Please do not send the information via email.

To open an account, you will need to come into the bank and sign the necessary documents and receive the appropriate disclosures. You may be required to supply us with additional information. Please see our Customer Identification Policy for more information
