Effective July 1, 2010, a new federal regulation will affect debit card transactions that overdraw your personal account. Our policy has always been to decline ATM and one time Debit Card transactions when there are not sufficient funds in your account at the time of the transaction. This will not change with the new regulation and you will not be asked to opt in or opt out of an overdraft service.
